As the coronavirus (COVID-19) news continues to raise tremendous concern now in communities all
around the US, I thought I would share some of the actions taken to ensure a safe place to work for
our employees and uninterrupted service to our customers. In addition, we continue to monitor the
news of any changes that would require a shift in our procedures, which support our commitment to
maintain a safe and reliable service to you while protecting our employees!
All of our offices across Louisiana and Mississippi will have a combination of home-officed and
staggered shifts for our employees as we work to limit personal exposure, and accommodate those
with out-of-school children. Our offices are currently off limits to guests and walk-in customers,
except where prior call-in arrangements have been made. We have also requested our drivers make
every effort to provide a safe distance with customer interface which will require no signatures on
handhelds or paper documents. Most of our deliveries are supported with electronic delivery
information and will use it as a source of delivery verification.
We have been in constant contact with our suppliers and at this time feel good about our ability to
serve your needs. I ask that you please let us know of any plans for your business, which may include
additional needs, resources, or perhaps location closures. While these are unprecedented times, we
will remain open for business to meet your needs. Trust that we are taking every possible
