To Our Valued Customers:

I am certain that much like us, you have been met with a tremendous challenge to adjust to the
rapidly changing environment in which we find ourselves. As we wake up each day to so much
uncertainty, please trust that we have taken many precautionary measures to protect our employees
and still provide uninterrupted services to meet your needs and expectations. We have received a
number of calls about the governor’s action this weekend on the closure of certain businesses. This
does not affect us as we are a provider of essential needs.

As of early last week, most all of our staff are home officed and those with a need to be in the office,
have been provided proper space to safely do their jobs. Our drivers continue to deliver with a
required safe distance with customer interaction. All of our bulk facilities are closed to visitors unless
prior arrangements have been made though our normal call in numbers. All of our c-stores remain
open with more frequent cleaning and sanitizing to provide the safest environment we can for both
our employees and customers.

I am also pleased to report that we continue to receive positive news from our suppliers and our
ability to serve your needs going forward. Once again, I ask that you please contact us to share any
changes to your business schedule that require changes in deliveries made to your facility. If more
changes are required on our end and when we can deliver, we will be sure to communicate them with
you immediately.
