Giving Back to Our Neighborhoods
At Lard Oil Company, we support our community through supporting our employees. If it’s important to them, it’s important to us. We are dedicated to giving back, especially by supporting local education and health initiatives that our employees care passionately about.
Lard Oil proudly supports educational efforts in the communities we serve and help to provide resources for schools dedicated to educating children with learning differences, such as autism. In addition, we host an annual blood drive along with many other sponsorships and commitments to support our local neighborhoods.
Staying Connected during COVID-19
Over the past few months, COVID-19 has caused many patients and healthcare professionals to be isolated at hospitals without any of their loved ones. We had the opportunity, along with Mobil™ teams’ support, to provide phone chargers and battery power packs to local hospitals in Louisiana and Mississippi so that their phones and tablets can stay charged and they can stay connected with friends and family.
Wish COVID-19 patients a speedy recovery and all healthcare and essential workers a big thank you for braving the front lines!
